You must include good portions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in your daily diet. If you are eating two rotis and one bowl of rice, gradually increase the portions and make it 6-7 rotis and two bowls of rice at a time. Eat two portions of subzi in a meal. Never skip breakfast.
