  1. Give some details like any history of injury or fall ,what is your age ,what kind of pain you feel any numbness or tingling ?

There are various reasons for pain like long hour standing,incorrect posture,mattress you use it should not be to hard not to soft...sometimes painay muscular because of spasm in muscle that you can cure by using hot bag or light exercises regularly for your back especially at least one time each repetition ten times a day,..if you feel any numbness or tingling then consult to the ortho or physiotherapist for diagnosis as it may be due to any nerve compression...if is it so then doctor will give you proper treatment ..
  3. You should follow some precaution in daily routine avoid heavy lifting,when you bend first flex your knees and then bend forward ,correct your posture ,avoid long hour sitting and standing
