    Welcome to MediMetry. I can understand your concern.
    Weight gain generally happens when you consume more calories then you burn. i think same is happening with you.
    To loose weight you need to cut down the extra fat and carbs from your diet. you need a diet plan like

    In breakfast eat fruits with 1 katori sprouts.Lunch/dinner half plate salad, green vegetables, daal 1 katori, only 2 roti in one meal.
    Stop having: refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen biscuits maida etc.
    Light exercise for 1 to 1 and half hour without straining yourself.
    Do light exercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.
    Drink 3-4 Lt water a day.Drink water a half hour before meals.
    Always eat your food slowly.
    Use smaller plates.
