    The best way to loose weight in a short duration is by performing high intensity work outs. You can perform a particular work out namely TABATA which is one of the most effective way to burn fats. However make sure that you do this work out in intervals.
    Apart from exercises, you must also make sure that you don't starve yourself. Weight loss that is achieved from starving is temporary and you will gain more weight than before once you start eating again.
