You can easily lose this weight by aerobic activities like cycling, jogging, skipping, swimming, jogging, cardio exercises etc. For diet plan follow a healthy eating pattern like breakfast - cereal + fruit + milk ; lunch - cereal + vegetable + dairy + pulse; evening - whole grain snack + 1 cup of green tea and dinner- same as lunch. The combinations mentioned above will help you to stay fit. Mind on portion eating. Do not overeat. Avoid junk foods, oily foods and refined foods for long term weight maintenance.
