weight increase after miscarriage.

my height is only 157 cm and 54 kg but recently i had a miscarriage and after that my weight increase to 59. for almost 20 days i drink warm water with honey and lemon in morning but i dont think it works. what are the other methods to help me reduce my weight along with this warm water with honey and lemon.

    It is common to gain some weight during pregnancy and even if you undergo a miscarriage, the weight remains for some time.
    If it has been more than a month since your miscarriage, you can perform crunches. You can also perform other weight loss exercises like cycling, skipping and jogging.
