    Ideal Weight gain during pregnancy depends on your BMI. Average female should have an average weight gain of 11kg in whole pregnancy. Excess weight gain may be associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc. You should take rest, monitor your blood pressure to check if it remains on borderline or goes high or improves. Get urine for albumin done. Watch for symptoms like pedal edema, headache, decreased urine output, epigastric pain, blurred vision. If BP is high or you associate with any other symptoms, visit your doctor immediately for further assistance.
