  2. It's not been a long time for your delivery. It has been 2 months. At this point, breastfeeding is more important than weight loss. Breastfeeding for atleast 6 months after which you can think of losing your weight.
  3. So I would suggest, you focus more on breastfeeding as it is a crucial period for your baby's development. You need to take a higher calorie and protein intake to feed your baby.
