    Welcome to MediMetry. I can understand your concern.

    First of all i would like to tell you that to loose around 10kg you need to be strict on your diet and daily routine.
    Your diet should contain High Protein Low carbs diet in which you can take Oatmeal, Green tea, Salad in Lunch (150gm Paneer,1 bowl veggies, 8-10 almonds). Try to include cabbage,onion, lemon etc in your food because these are natural fat cutters.

    You need to do at least 20-30 minutes exercises like Jogging,Morning walk, Cardio etc.By doing these you can cut down 4-5kg in a month.
    Don't get rushed after the weight loss drugs or pill. it may give you side effects.
