Want to loose weight

Hello Doctor, I have to loose weight. I am not losing weight from so many months.  I tried so hard, exercise, drink lemon water, turmeric water, green tea. I have to lose weight specially from my tummy section.  Please guide something.

    Welcome to MediMetry, I can understand your concern.

    Diet plays very important role in gaining or loosing the weight.
    Rather then eating oily and unhealthy snacks you can eat the healthy snacks which provides you nutrition and helps you to loose weight.
    For your current habit, i would like to suggest you that try to avoid these all unhealthy food, You can take it once in a weak as a cheat meal, but if you want strict weight loss then try to avoid these food permanently.

    Except these here are the following things that can help you in weight loss.
    1. You can use cucumbers and Tomato as a snack.
    2. If you eat Eggs, then eat 2 eggs white(boiled, not yolk) it will provide you lean protien.
    3. Whenever you want to eat snacks you can eat popcorn. Popcorns are high in fiber.
    4. You can make snack by using various nuts 1/8 cup almond,1/8 cup walnut,1/8 pumpkin seed.
    5. You need to do some stretching exercise as well as cardio for at least 20 minutes.
    6. Drink 3-4 lt water a day.
    7. Have lime juice early morning.
