  1. Hello Dear, Welcome to Medimetry. You should regularize your meals. Increase the intake of cereals, fruits, dryfruits, nuts to increase your calorie intake. Include moderate amounts of milk and milk products , pulses, egg, non veg to build your muscle mass. Eating atleast 3 major meals with 2-3 snacks in between will help you to gain weight. Examples- porridges, cutlets, desserts, malted milk, badam kheer, potato based snack, soups with teaspoon of butter or cheese and similar foods will help you gain weight. Hope you find this helpful.
