  1. Hello Dear. Welcome to Medimetry. You need to gradually increase your food intake. Concentrate more on carbohydrates like whole grains, jaggery, honey, vegetables and fruits. They will give you good energy throughout the day. Next focus on a good protein intake like include milk and its products, egg, pulses, nuts. Take atleast 6-7 teaspoon of oil like canola, rice bran etc. Add raisins, dates, jaggery or honey asnl natural sweetners. Go for short frequent high energy and protein meals.
