    Weight gaining is a combination of having proper diet and regular exercise.
    It is necessary for you to improve your diet and have a healthy and complete meal at least twice a day and not skip on any other meal that is the breakfast and evening snack. It's very important to have a heavy breakfast and an evening snack. Also make sure that you are eating something or other every 3 hours in the day. Include dry fruits in your meals and include at least one fruit everyday.
    For exercise, you need to perform weight gaining exercises like swimming or jogging at least half an hour a day and have a pre and post work out meal as well.
