    It is good to eat healthy during your pregnancy as it helps in musculoskeleton development of the baby. Baby gets its nutrition through the mother, so it is evident that mother should eat healthy & nutritious during this phase.
    Being vegetarian is not a problem, you should
    - consume pulses in all formats (sprouted, raw, semi-boiled, salad, cooked),
    - good quantity of all types of fruits,
    - Paneer
    - Curd
    - Protein Powder

    In addition to this, you should consume supplements of iron, calcium and folic acid.
