    It is normal to have increased vaginal discharge during pregnancy. Though infection of candida fungus and bacterial vaginosis are also common. If discharge is excessive and spoils your undergarments, associated with lower abdomen pain or itching in the lower part, mostly it is infection. Get a vaginal examination done and high vaginal swab culture to look for any infection.
    Regarding placenta, it's still time and with advancing pregnancy your placenta can move up. If you have any bleeding history you need strict bed rest, abstinence from sex, should avoid travelling, constipation and need close monitoring. If no such history is there you should not worry about low placenta. Just avoid sex, exertion and travelling till its normal on ultrasound.
