Hormonal changes from 18 years onwards will take careers of your weight too. Still roughly these guidelines will help you gain weight. Follow a regular mealtime. Compulsorily eat breakfast daily. Include a combination of any cereal like wheat, oats etc with a glass of milk and a fruit daily for your breakfast. Have a wholesome meal daily. Eat a handful of dryfruits each day.
