    Aapke height ke hisaab se aapka wajan lag bag 15 kg zyada hai. Is ke liye aap ko sab se pehle ye batana hoga ki aapko Thyroid ki shikayat hai ki nahi?
    Agar aap ko thyroid ki problem nahi hai toh aap diet air exercises dono try karein.
    Diet mein aapko har 3 ghante, kuch halka khana hai. Jaise murmura or pop corn etc. Iske alawa lunch air dinner skip nahi karna hai. Lunch regular le sakti hai par dinner light karna hai. Light jaise soups salads aise.
    Exercise mein aap High intensity interval training kar sakti hai. Iski jaan Kari aapko you tube par mil sakti hai.
