Tablet to avoid pregnancy
Hello Doctor, Period date is 12, but this month periods are not on time. I am worried about her that she is pregnant or not? Any tablet available to avoid pregnancy? So Please suggest me.

If you have missed your dates , then it is important that you rule out pregnancy first before trying to opt for any medication for avoiding pregnancy in anticipation or to opt for a withdrawal bleed. Please get a urine pregnancy test done first. If positive then , you need to rule out ectopic pregnancy with an ultrasound pelvis and then can opt for a medical termination of pregnancy safely under a gynaecologist's supervision.
