    • Hello Dear,

Thank you for writing to us at MediMetry.
You can have dry fruits like 7 almonds, 1 walnut, 2 figs ( all soaked and peeled). Avoid cashew nuts. Other things you can have. Make sure to add value to your daily meal in form of dried makhana, khas khas paste, celery, lettuce. Potatoes should be taken boiled and not fried. Make paneer at home and stir fry it. You can have junk food but make sure it is made in healthy way, preferably at home or in clean hygienic places. These should be consumed in nominal quantity. Keep a watch on your weight, you do not really have to eat for two, you just need 200-300 extra calories per day fo your healthy baby.
Add lots of salads to your diet.

Hello, I am 2 & half months pregnant . I am working in a school. I take my dinner around 9:30-10pm & I sleep around 12. Wake up at 6am next morning. I take 2-3 glucose biscuits n lukewarm water. Almost every morning I am facing morning sickness like constipation vomiting. I have tried taking tea with a fan or biscuits but still I end up doing vomiting once or twice. I don't understand what should I take. How can I prevent myself from vomit. Plz suggest

    1. Add saunf in your diet. Chew it after every meal.
    2. Dry apricots or plums are good anti-sickness products.
    3. Coconut water again combats it.
    4. Have dried figs in morning.
    5. Pudina chutney containing amla should be taken with every meal.
    6. Eat something dry in every meal.
