    As 3-4 months have passed since your C-Section, you can start with nutritious low cal diet which can not hinder lactation. In diet, have nuts like almonds (7 peeled and soaked). Have fruits, veggies in your diet. In your flour, add wheat bran (20%), soyabean flour (20%), Jau Flour (20%) for making chapatis. Have green tea, lemon water, hot water to quench your thirst. Start using double toned milk for tea, curd or milk. Bread should be wheat bread. Cut down on fried food, junk food, sweets, and confectioneries. Make roasted makhana, chidwa, at home for munching. You can have bhuna chana, cottage paneer. Dinner should be light and should include soups.
