    At 28 weeks, causes for finding albumin in urine could be either Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) or hypertension induced due to pregnancy.
    Urine albumin test should be repeated at an interval of 6 hours or by check-up of 24 hours collected urine. In addition you have to ensure your blood pressure is monitored closely and tests of other renal functions are done so as to confirm the cause of albumin traces in urine.
    If it is due to UTI, then no need to worry. Drink a lot of fluids and plenty of water. If there are pus cells in the urine test then take culture sensitivity test and accordingly consult your doctor yo prescribe the required dosage of antibiotics.
