    Thanks for the query.

    Probably according to your medical history you are suffering from respiratory tract infection involving both upper and lower respiratory tract both. To manage it these few basic investigations are necessary :-

    1- CBC ESR and random blood sugar.

    2- X-Ray chest pa view.

    3- Culture and sensitivity of sputum

    By inferences of above investigations we come to know about the site of infection and type and nature of causative organism. But before proceeding to treatment proper you have to consult your doctor for physical examination and that is must for planning the treatment.
    Meanwhile you can take tab sinarest twice a day after food and liquid ascoril 1 tsf thrice a day for 3 days.
