    People with stomach ache and diarrhoea often find relief by keeping themselves well hydrated with glucose and salt water preparation like ORS, lime water, fresh juices, rice water, coconut water, etc. Also foods that are home made, non oily and non spicy will work wonders. Taking good rest is also found beneficial.
    If you feel that it's because of some food you ate outside or if you get high fever or feel that your condition worsens in a day or two, it is suggested to visit your local GP for prescription medication.
