  1. Hi. Thanks for posting your query to us at MediMetry and I will try my best to advise you a good cure!
    Regarding your stomach ache, if you give me a little more information regarding where exactly is the pain, when does it come, what exactly does it feel like ie burning or cramping or twisting type, etc., duration, if it's associated with fever, vomiting, loose motions, etc.
    I would like to advise you to have a sip of cold water when pain starts, also you may avoid oily and spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, etc. and eat meals on time to generally avoid stomach pain.

    Regarding your weakness, I would advise you to do a complete blood test and share the results here with us. Also you may consider having healthy nutritious food with lots of green leafy veggies like spinach and fruits. You may take Calcium tablets and Vitamin B Complex capsules once a day.

    Please stay hydrated ie drink at least 8 big glasses of water daily besides glucose water or lime or kokum water, etc.

    Exercise regularly. Sleep at least for 7hours daily. Stay happy and positive through yoga or any meditation of your choice.
