    You must be taking precautions and physiotherapy as per orthopedics' advice to be comfortable.
    As far as labour is concerned, if you are not distressed at that time, you can easily opt for normal delivery as the position in which baby is delivered is usually lithotomy or dorsal.
    Lying down straight is a problem, so you will have to be cautious after delivery and in lactation to make sure you avoid bad posture.
    If cesarean is to be done for any reason, anesthetist is the best person to decide whether general anesthesia is best in such cases. So, don't worry and follow doctor s advice.
