  1. Hello Elazabbar. Welcome to Medimetry. To gain weight, increase your current meal intake of whole grains, pulses, milk. Add 5-6 teaspoons of sugar or jaggery to your meals. Add 7 -8 teaspoons of oil to improve your calorie intake. Start eating a fruit and handful of nuts early morning before breakfast. Let every meal be a combination of whole grain, pulse, milk or its product and a vegetable. Include atleast 3 fruits per day. You can enjoy eating a cheese cube daily or a piece of sweet daily after one of your major meals. Drink home made beverages like lemon water or fruit juice to provide constant energy.
