    Yes you may consider using vitamin and calcium supplements. As the word suggests these pills are merely supplements to a good diet. Hence, these pills should be 'in addition' and above your daily intake of nutritious healthy food that is rich in green leafy veggies and fruits and milk products.
    Consider regular walking or other exercise to build up your stamina and endurance.
