Severe headache

Having severe headache. It occurs to me in a month twice or once. But it causes severe pain in my forehead, i get head knocking and even i can’t rest. I feel like knocking my head onto the wall. It happens once or twice in a month and it kills me. In that period please suggest what to do? My daughter, she is aged 21 and she is suffering similar severity but in the back of her head where pony is tied!! She suffers it almost alternatively or everyday. Please suggest remedy for the same.

    It seems that both of you are suffering from sinusitis induced headache.
    I would suggest you to get CBC ESR and X-ray para nasal sinus done and revert. Till then Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck.Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk.Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a .Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintainpressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed.Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

    Do i need to be medicated for it??...please suggest some medication fir the pain is unbearable!!
