  1. When you have undergone through c section...in first month you may feel more pain..you should go through some exercises like ankle movements ,straight leg raising up to 45degree only..later go for bridging and side ward movements
  2. Do walking as much as you can as it help in wound healing and use belt for back and abdomen for six month at least because muscle are weak during this duration and need support...Hope answered your question..if you have further query you can ask for sure..
  3. You can also use heating pads for pain relief..
