But some fish have mercury and other contaminants which if consumed in higher dosages, can cause severe harm to baby. It is often hard to make out which variety of fish may contain mercury. So you can limit the intake and shift to other sources for these nutrients, its better. You can have soyabean diet, makhana diet, flex seeds for complete nutrition.
