    Rh incompatibility arises when mother is Rh positive and father negative or a complex combination when baby is negative and mother positive. Your case is not the same, as you both are positive blood groups.
    Rh incompatibility usually does not affect first pregnancy unless there is history of trauma or bleeding during pregnancy or history of blood transfusion.
