    You should consult your doctor before starting any exercise regime to ensure your stitches are fine and will not get ruptured due to exercises. You can start with simpler exercises such as walking for 30-45 mins a day, doing yoga, and then move on to heavier exercises at gym. It is not recommended to do rigorous exercises after c-section, till your stitches have healed completely.
