    The best way to reduce double chin is by performing of exercise known as face yoga. these are very easily available over youtube videos and can be performed even while sitting idle for some time.Also you can try doing that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
    You can start with a basic asana wherein you first you look up and then at both the sides parallel to the shoulder and then press your chin to the chest bone. Repeat it at least 4-5 times. Let me know how you feel.
