    Best way to get rid of pregnancy weight is to breastfeed your baby for atleast 6 months. Avoid oily food and carbohydrate rich food. Consume iron and calcium rich diet which includes soaked and peeled almonds, roasted makhana, chestnut or singhara, black gram, pomegranate, beet root, green leafy vegetables, milk, curd, paneer etc. For belly fat, a special neoprene belt is available, tie it on your tummy. Do not become a lethargic mother instead insist on brisk walking and proper exercises. Add roughage to your diet in form of nutritious fruits and salads. Consume sautéed vegetables to gain maximum nutrition and minimum fat. Have multiple mini meals to enhance metabolism.
