Take adequate amount of proteins to strengthen uterine muscles. Try to keep your haemoglobin level correct by consuming good amount of iron rich food. If you are overweight, shed these extra kilos by adding roughage to your diet and cutting down on fat & carbs from your diet. Have enough flax seeds to enhance omega 6 fatty acid in your body.
