    Women with low body weight and poor nutritional status prior to pregnancy have low birth weight infants or premature rupture of membranes. Avoid taking tea with meals as it reduces mineral absorption. Avoid taking high fat and carbohydrate rich diet as it may make the uterine muscles less laxic. Raw eggs, unpasteurized dairy products, sea food, too much papaya, and high consumption of pineapple is also not advisable.
