  1. Hello,
    Thanks for your question.

The exact treatment of pimples depends on how severe the problem is, the following measures will definitely help:
    a. Wash your face once or twice daily with salicylic acid soap ( available as Acnelak) and water. This is to remove excess oil from the skin. After washing your face, use an oil free moisturizer.
    b. Don’t scrub as this worsens your acne.
    c. Apply Benzaclin ointment in the day time. This will help treat the pimples
    d. At night, apply 0.1% adapalene gel on the whole face. Dont apply in the day time as this can react with the sun and cause a reaction. This would cause some dryness and redness but this would gradually become better over a period of time.
    e. If it still does not become better, please see a dermatologist for a prescription of oral antibiotics like doxycycline, azithromycin etc.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

    Wish you a speedy recovery

Dr. Mera face ka complection bhi dark hai body ke compartv kuch kar sakti hun kya

  5. Prior to starting any treatment this realisation is very necessary that we cannot make a stark change in complexion. But certain medicines would definitely help in improving complexion, make skin even toned and glowing.
For the same you may follow these suggestions
Apply a sunscreen in morning with good uvb and uva protection like shadowz, ultraguard, ansolar etc
Use melawash face wash daily two times in a day. Apply it over face for four to five minutes then wash off
Apply a skin lightening cream like lumacip plus in night. Only a small amount had to be applied over face and do not rub the cream.
Usually with in one to month desirable response is seen. i would also suggest you to take few sessions of skin lightening peels every two or three weeks. Usually four or five sessions are good enough.
