    The fight against obesity and problems associated is a long one requiring multidisciplinary approach. First you need to be mentally sure and have strong will power to reduce a few kgs at longer duration and maintaining that weight. Let's start by losing 5kgs in 3 to 5 months and maintaining that reduce.
    Think of your body as a temple and take care of what you feeding it. Keep a strict count on your food intake and eat at regular intervals.
    Be mobile and exercise regularly.
