  1. Hello Deepak. Welcome to Medimetry. Are you looking for a weight loss with paleo diet? Paleo diet has do's and don'ts which do not justify the natural method. It excludes grains which are important complex carbohydrate sources, dairy which is an important calcium, protein source, legumes which are good sources of proteins for vegetarians. Also all these sources are extremely good sources of B complex vitamins and trace minerals. You fall short of these essential vitamins and minerals along with protein deficiency. So, it is not an ideal way to lose weight by ignoring proteins and eating only fibres. My suggestion would be go for a natural way of weight loss by exercise and healthy high protein diet.
