    how long has this pain been occurring? Is it a continuous type of pain or intermittent or occurring the next day?

    Its normal to have pain in thighs after squatts.
    you should do some stretchings after squats and even before you start any workout.
    you should continue doing squats to get rid of the pain, if you leave and repeat again after few days you will again have the pain.

    if the pain is localized you can use cold packs.
