    its not necessary that your pain is related to scoliosis as there are other reasons too for pain like incorrect posture,long hours of sitting work etc..
    please tell us about your work profile and also share any latest investigation done..
    Will you do exercise in daily routine for strenghthening your back ?
    you must follow some do's n dont's in daily routine like
    1:avoid long hours of sitting if you do computer work take intervals every hpurly
    2:use headphones while using mobile
    3:do exercise in daily routine
