Good evening Shrikant.Thanks for consultation.Are you having pain on both sides?If on one side lie on opposite side.If on both sides lie on propped up.position with back raised with pillow.Apply Voveron gel twice daily on the area.
Don't raise heavy objects.
Pl.let me know whether you are having cough or fever or travelled any where recently.
You may take Tab.Crocine 500mg 1 tab twice daily x 3 days.
Get blood examined for TC.DC.ESR.
