    Oils such as soyabean oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, grape seed oil have omega 6 fatty acids. Mayonnaise and other salad dressings are a good source too. Nuts like sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts, peanuts can be taken. Corn and potato also contain this fatty acid.
