Include foods easy to digest like cooked vegetables, seasonal fruits, local cereals like jowar, wheat etc, cow's milk and moong dal. Moong dal specifically as it is easy to digest. The foods should be properly cooked to avoid indigestion problem. Avoid eating junk, refined and deep fried foods. Simple walk is enough to add exercise to your routine.
