    I have gone through your detailed question and would advise the following:
    - Every day wash your face at least 3 to 4 times a day with water and a mild face care product of your choice. Especially after you travel as dust and pollution settles as grime on the skin.
    - Apply SPF 50 + skin care products ie sunscreen before going outside in the day. Please do apply sunscreen even if it's cloudy day outside.
    -Avoid walking in direct sunlight and try to walk in shaded areas, with an umbrella or cap.
    - For oily skin, please concentrate on your diet. Avoid oily, fatty and spicy foods. Do a lipid profile blood test and do let me know. Regular exercise is a must as it has beneficial effects for entire body and increased circulation for face.
    - Consider Retinoid cream products and other medications only upon advise of your skin specialist doctor.
    - Get a good solid 7 to 8 hours of beauty sleep!
    - you may consider regular beauty services at your choice of salon or spa for face massage or cleanup.
