Any other form at start may be difficult due to heavy weight. Follow a high protein diet which include around 3-4 egg whites, 2-3 cups of pulses and sprouts, 1-2 glasses of low fat milk or skimmed milk. Avoid refined foods, refined flour, junk foods, sweets and salted foods. Drink plenty of plain water to detox your body.
