    You can perform High intensity interval training which is one of the best form of fat burning exercises. These are short duration exercises which help in loosing fat very fast.
    More so, don't opt for crash diets. Make sure you have a balanced diet. Never skip meals. Have your food on time and don't over eat. Portion control is the most effective way of loosing weight. Increase the portions of salads in your meals. Have atleast 1-2 fruits everyday.
