    Loss of appetite is common with nausea of pregnancy under the influence of pregnancy hormones. Continue taking small quantities of food every 3 to 4 hours and liquids. This usually gets better after 3 to 4 month of pregnancy. Constipation should be relieved and avoid diet causing acidity. Walk for 30 min a day for better digestion. Visit your doctor to look for any reason and hence medication if required.
