    The best way to loose weight is by performing prior exercises. However since you are asthmatic, you must be careful while performing the exercises. You can perform yoga and suryanamaskar to be specific. Performing suryanamaskar fast can be very helpful for burning excess fats.
    In diet you can take light dinner and opt for more salads in meals. Increase the portion of salads and have a bowl of soup daily. Make sure you don't skip meals and have limited portions of food.
