    If you are a known Diabetic, nose bleeding can happen because of it. However if your sugar levels are usually under control, then it is less likely that the nose bleeding is related to sugar levels at all.
    Other reason for nose bleeding are dryness of nose skin, excessive cold and cough, low platelet counts, improper clotting of the blood, etc.
    The most easy way to control the bleeding is-sit in a chair and bend forward a bit. Pinch your nostrils firmly while bending. Breathe from your mouth and continue pinching for a minute or so. Do it three to four times.
